By booking a trip through our website or riding with Peach State Casino Express, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Description
Peach State Casino Express provides round-trip shuttle service from designated locations in Georgia to entertainment destinations such as Murphy, NC and Chattanooga, TN.
2. Eligibility
Riders must be at least 21 years old. Passengers must be physically able to board and exit the shuttle with minimal assistance.
3. Bookings and Payments
- All reservations must be made online through our booking platform.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Bookings can be canceled up to 12 hours before departure for a full refund.
4. Trip Changes or Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or modify trips due to weather, mechanical issues, or low ridership. Customers will be notified promptly and refunded if necessary.
5. Code of Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward the driver and fellow riders. We reserve the right to remove individuals from service for disruptive behavior.
6. Liability Waiver
By riding with us, you acknowledge and accept that Peach State Casino Express is not liable for any losses, injuries, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, third-party venues).
